Rainforest Cafe Menlo Park Mall

I visited the restaurant yesterday with my family and truly felt like we were in a jungle, right here in New Jersey. The atmosphere, complete with monkeys and parrots, was fantastic, and I even received a souvenir cup! The safari-themed appetizers were incredible!

This restaurant is very family-friendly and creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a tropical rainforest. My kids absolutely loved the rain and thunderstorm effects. The food was outstanding, from the appetizers to the main courses. The drinks are fantastic too!

I recently visited Rainforest Cafe and was disappointed with my experience. The atmosphere was interesting, but compared to my expectations, the food and service did not live up to the high prices. While the atmosphere was unique and fun for families with children, the prices of the menu items were incredibly high. This made it difficult to enjoy my meal as I struggled to justify the cost. Additionally, the food itself wasn't good enough to warrant such high prices. Essentially, my dining experience felt more about the atmosphere and less about the quality of food. Moreover, the service was slow and unreliable, which made me even more frustrated. The staff seemed too busy adjusting to the atmosphere rather than tending to customers' needs. Drinks were slow to come to the table, and orders took an inordinate amount of time. Overall, I cannot recommend Rainforest Cafe as a good value for the high prices they charge. While the setting of the restaurant may be worth experiencing once, the food and service quality did not meet my expectations. If you're looking for a more reasonably-priced meal with faster service, then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The kids had a great time! I was surprised at how loud the jungle sounds were, but the atmosphere was really nice. However, I think the food could be much better considering the prices for adults. We all had a fun time taking pictures by the waterfall and with the animals.

Went there with my family. Fun place for kids. We got seated near the back with the elephants which was alright. The waitress is what made our experience 100/100! We all got burgers which were good. The sparkling volcano is huge so delicious! I love that we get to keep the cups at the end!
