Stewart's All American Grill - Edison

I was really excited to see that Stewart’s had pumpkin ice cream as I was leaving the mall. However, the employee I encountered had such a bad attitude that I was completely turned off. I got stares when I asked if the ice cream cup had a top so that I could take the ice cream to go. I was told that they did not have tops just aluminum foil, which I was fine with. I then asked for a bag to carry the ice cream for myself and my daughter and again got a weird look. To say the least, my experience was unpleasant. I was made to feel like I was bothering the employee from the start of my interaction with her(i.e., me literally placing an order seemed to bother her). It was ridiculous!

Honestly just bad. Understaffed. Didn't have cheese for a Chilli cheese dog, didn't have vanilla ice cream. Bread was stale.

The food was disgusting and the customer service was terrible. My son got a kid’s chicken tenders meal with tap water. The chicken was slimey and not cooked. I tried to return the meal and the manger told me that the chicken always looks like that. The manger gave a refund for the meal but charged for the TAP WATER.
