Bidra med feedbackI have a large pre-ordered order ready and waiting for pickup. Everything tasted great and was just as good with nothing missing. Your chicken is moist and quite delicious. We have a variety of pages. I have to say some are better than others. If you ever have a big order as we did, you will get the Mac box as one of the pages. The broccoli with parmesan cheese was not as cheesy as we thought it was. I was told that their cowboy beans are sharp, but we didn't try them because I don't like sharp. I once tried her bride. We were all satisfied with their care in preparing our order.
My family of nine ate here last Sunday. The good points were the staff was friendly and the chicken and brisket were good. On the down side the green beans had no flavor or seasoning and were cold, they served the family meals on trays with no plates or bowls and arguably one of the main reasons I have gone to Cowboy Chicken was for the corn fritters which they no longer serve! Also, the sweet tea container was empty and it stayed that way the entire time we were there even though I mentioned it to the cashier and she advised me someone would be out. We probably won?t eat at a Cowboy Chicken again.
First time here, immediately was greeted by a clean sleek interior and friendly staff. Menu was easy to navigate and read. Told Karla, the manager, that it was my first time and she walked me through the specialties. Very good job! She gave me excellent recommendations and I enjoyed my meal. Meal price seems to average $13-16.
Have been twice, the food was great the first time, although was put off by watching the creamed spinach be microwaved and served fried to the sides of the same container. No brisket that day but it was later on Mother?s Day so they get a pass for that. However today the chicken legs were some of the driest I have ever had like they?d been left in the desert sun to die in the middle of an Arizona heat wave. The price you pay for brisket (also not very good) is not worth it. The spinach, same thing reheated in the microwave. Had we dined in I would have returned the meals, very disappointed. To be honest I think everything was microwaved, chicken, spinach, even the twice baked potatoes were a weird consistency. This was midday, not even near open/close. The front staff was good both times and I love diversity.
I ordered their half chicken with Mac and cheese and ranchero beans. Omg! It was so delicious! I love how it isn?t too large of a portion size. The meat was tender and flavorful. The mac was extremely cheesy. The beans had tomatoes and like green chiles and it was good. It had a hint of heat to it but it was a nice subtle heat. I like how the chicken isn?t greasy since greasy foods most always upset my stomach and this place didn?t. I will be eating here from now on.
