Edmond, okla. – magid assaleh is the owner and operator of simply falafel, the first Mediterranean restaurant in edmond was and today is probably the most popular and most successful in this city part oklahoma city. assaleh began his career in the oklahoma city area in the early 1980s as manager of the quail creek country club, where his old worlds manage and courtesy him to a generation of members of this facility who visited the dining room where he was often found.

Excellent place for eating, they talk to the owner/cook. So we met mom and dad to eat here. Mom must have a low sodium diet. I asked the front register type (sohn) for nutritionist and I got one. the owner (dad). he sat with us and asked us what we liked and what food is. he ordered the food for us. that was great. between us 5 we almost tried everything. my vater is a long time falafel eater....he said this is the best. I'm a humus snob....this humus and the Baba ganoush was stellar. we're coming back. service was the best.

I have eaten here with several employees at midday, who all agree that we had excellent service and fresh, clean food in a casual atmosphere. the owner gave us red carpet treatment and allowed us to taste some unique dishes. we will definitely come back!

I've been here a long time. I love this place, it has not only good food, but also a great atmosphere and friendly staff. the owner is always so friendly and very courteous. I was thrilled when I found out that they even offer ice cream for the children. I would say that the owner enjoys it in any case to be people around and to meet them. he really brings all the experience together!

Excellent food, good portions, and very hospitable. Kids get beverage and ice cream bar. Owner is always very helpful and accommodating. No frills atmosphere but nice enough. Will definitely be back!
