Visiting town for work, hotel was close byHad a combo plate, ginger beef, S&S pork and chicken fried rice. The rice was great, the flavour in the meat was good, but was very over cooked and hard to chew.Had initially ordered steamed pork dumplings with the meal also, but they never showed up with the meal, when I got up to pay and leave, was told they were still coming. About 10 minutes after finishing my meal the dumplings showed up, and were also very over cooked and hard to chew.I wouldn’t come back
The last time I came here was before Covid and I thought it was just average. Today I came for a late night dinner, this place opens until 1am, not many Chinese restaurants open late anymore after Covid, especially hard to find on the southwest side. We got Yinyang fried rice, peach and shrimp and Amoy vermicelli. The taste, presentation, portion, cleanliness and service was amazing!! I forgot to take photos before I ate all the food so that says something lolAlso, the tea was legit, didn’t taste like second hand tea like in some Chinese restaurants.
The BBQ duck was very tasty. The skin was crispy. I highly recommend this if you like BBQ duck. Also, I like the pan fried wonton noodles with soya sauce and bean sprouts. I would like to go there to try other dishes that may not be available in other restaurants.
We called in to ask questions about substitutions. The person who answered was so nice and patient. Even advised us how to save money. The food came in less than estimated delivery time. No delivery fee! Food was so hot and fresh. I said mmmm to everything. Ginger (chicken) and chicken ball for my favourite. We went with the combos. Lots of food. Really impressed!
