Hanjan Edmonton

The food wasn't as impressive as it was when the restaurant first opened six years ago. We ordered samgyeopsal and fried chicken. The samgyeopsal seemed undercooked, and the accompanying sauce tasted like something you would find at a convenience store. On the other hand, the chicken was good. The restaurant also appeared to be less clean than before. However, the service was fantastic; the servers were incredibly nice and polite.

Absolutely fantastic! I especially loved the kimchi bokkeumbap and honey butter bread. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and relaxing. I would definitely go back again to try more dishes!

I've dined here a few times with friends and have always loved it! The food, atmosphere, and service are all fantastic. Some of my favorites include the bulgogi tacos, gamjatang, samgyupsal, and mango bingsu. I think it would be nice to have some activities for the kids at the table, like coloring pages and crayons. The service is quick and convenient, thanks to a button on the table that allows you to call for assistance without waiting for a server to pass by. I'm looking forward to trying more of their dishes on my next visit!

I was excited about this restaurant and the idea of Korean food but was disappointed. The fried dumplings and fried chicken were great but the other dishes suffered. The bulgogi beef and pork belly were tough and both lacked seasoning. The staff were friendly but forgot 2 of our dishes until we reminded them. The other dishes came all at once and were dumped on the table. No explanations were given re : condiments until asked, even though they knew we were first-timers. Would try somewhere else next time.

Ordered take out, first time. Ever since moving from Toronto. This has got to be my first time experiencing good Korean food. Thank you for the delicious food. Will def order again soon.
