Bidra med feedbackWhile the quality of the food was good, it can be challenging to determine the quantity you actually want since it seems to be decided by the kitchen and waitstaff. As a result, you may end up with larger portions than expected, which some members of your group might not want. We noticed that, although the meat was of high quality, the portions were quite limited, allowing for only one piece per person. This was true for everything else we ordered as well.
Not recommended unless you are craving for poor service. Didn’t even bother eating there and went to the dimsum place next door which has pretty good food and great service!When I was at the reception, I saw the host came and said Hi so I thought it was for me and asked for a table for two. Nope got ignored completely and a dead look, he walked towards the cashier only care about getting the money paid and didn’t even bother to smile or let me know that he is going to help after.When he was going to host us (we thought), we asked for a table for two and he asked if we were doing ayce or lunch menu. We asked about the lunch menu as we aren’t familiar with it and he told us the menu is on the QR code at the table meaning that we won’t know until we got to the table. Apparently if you wanna do ayce, you probably could get a table right away but as we asked for lunch menu “without knowing the menu” then we only deserved to wait at the entrance and be served with a poor service.
The food is plenty and delish of course! The menu is wide with meats but I notice there isn't many sea food options but again maybe a hotpot isn't for that. The stewards are great and attentive to the customer. As a non-chinese person, I felt welcome as well!
Was my birthday yesterday, and we went there all the way from Calgary. We got there at 10pm which is close to their last call, sorry about being there too late. The server and the food are really nice. But I wasn’t too happy with the boss, he was giving me an attitude when we ask for a watermelon juice refill and he was so rude to us when he come up to ask us to pay for our bill. The point is he didn’t even print our detail bill and come up around 11:10pm and said “hey your bill would be $51 each person, and how would you like to pay” with a really impatient attitude. But I mean I didn’t do anything we did not waste the food and order everything before last call. Maybe except the last jar of watermelon juice. Why are you giving me that face? But this is just the only thing I was unsatisfied with and everything else are great!
The food is abundant and delicious, of course! The menu offers a wide variety of meats, though I noticed there aren't many seafood options; then again, maybe a hotpot isn't focused on that. The staff is wonderful and attentive to customers. As a non-Chinese person, I felt very welcome too!
