Main Street Pizza - Edmore

Pizza is always delicious. I've been coming here my entire life and have never been let down.

This time, my grinder was completely inedible. What was supposed to be a warm sandwich on deliciously toasted bread was barely cooked. I didn't receive the extra cheese I ordered, and the only way to describe the sandwich is as gooey and slimy. I didn’t even bother asking them to remake it, as my previous experience involved the manager hastily putting together another poorly made sandwich after another employee reacted rudely when I pointed out the mistake. I did call to express my dissatisfaction afterward, but all I got were excuses from the employee I spoke with. This is completely unacceptable for anyone in customer service. Instead of making excuses, they should own the problem, apologize, and find a solution. It’s not rocket science; it’s simply a matter of being a decent person and a responsible employee who cares about the quality of their work. Unfortunately, it seems that none of the employees, including the manager, take pride in what they do or show concern for customers spending their hard-earned money during difficult times. I can't help but wonder how they would react if they found themselves in the same situation. Would they expect quality for their money, or would they be willing to accept the substandard service they currently provide?

The crust was the best I've tasted in a long time, and the pizza itself was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be back!

Stopped here passing through on our way to a Journey concert. We had pizza and subs. All were very good.
