Bidra med feedbackI am a truck driver who was resting in the truck stop for the night. I stopped late at night so I am used to there being very minimal options for food. Luckily most of their sandwiches were available. There was a woman who was working who instantly acknowledged me to take my order. Unfortunately the guy who took my order burnt my bread for my sandwich. I went back up just to ask in the could change the bread as I hate to complain. The woman said right away. Sorry I will make you a new one. She toast it and asked me if it was toasted enough to my liking. I apologized for complaining and she told me no the customer is always the most important to us so we will make it how you will enjoy it. I didn’t get her name but she was Moroccan. She was extremely attentive and kind with me the same from before I ordered and even after I complained. She is a great asset to this Tim hortons and does a really good job and makes customers feel welcome and happy to be at Tim hortons which isn’t too common anymore:
I paid for a double cream iced cappuccino, he gave it to me without cream even though it was a small size, paid $4 for anything, I strongly advise against
One of the slowest Tim Hortons eastern half of Canada in a busy truck stop. No wonder drivers don't stop there as much anymore.Update Jan 31/24 235pmNo one making sandwiches...4 people waiting inside for sandwiches...all the other negative reviews would lead one to assume Theres an ongoing problem. Only stop if you have to
No more wedges, bo more this bi mire that at 4 pm????????
Not sure why there is a small army of people at the drivethru standing around while the lone person at cash has a lineup of people. Half of that drivethru crew was just standing around and joking with colleagues. Those lazy employees should have helped the only person taking orders at the cash. Teamwork makes the dream work and that’s why I spent almost 20min waiting to order my coffee. New management is required.
