Trattoria Adamello La Busa - EDOLO

I have to say we had a lovely dinner dinner. My deer stew was tender and tasty. The polenta was light and fluffy. It was also delicious. Just one con, the odour of food is strong and unbearable from when You enter and stays with you until the end. Our clothes still stunk after a whole night outside. Please invest in a proper and more forced fan. This is really a setback and could affect one’s next visit. A shame cause the service was excellent and the food delicious.

We came here in the evening, ordered pasta (6.50 € each and cheese plate (5 € . I would say that pasta was ok, especially at that price, but nothing extraordinary. What I did not like is that after us people came in and they were offered other food choices, not listed in menu that we had. Maybe some kind of todays special. Waitress did not speak English, so my guess is that she did not tell us about other menu because she just wanted to avoid all the troubles of translation. Weirdly, I just looked in check, and it says 6€ for cheese, not 5. Maybe they included service in such way. From the bright side, it is possible to pay with a card (in many places in Italy they accept cash only

A very friendly and flexible welcome for myself and my good friend from Edolo....dog and all..... on what was a very windy and wet night. Good variety of local value food and I must say the waitress was great. Although our first visit was grey, wet and cold the atmosphere was very warm indeed...great place to take your partner. So grateful we both were...dog and all for our late night feast that a second visit was in order two days later. More than happy to recommend La Busa .

Tris di primi ottimo : gnocchi di zucca , casoncei caserecci e strozzapreti agli spinaci. Brasato di manzo con polenta e cervo con polenta. I secondi buonissimi ,il cervo era perfetto non troppo forte. Per dolce un budino di castagne con gelato , vino della casa( buono due mezze d' acqua, un caffé e due grappe e abbiamo pagato in tutto . Rapporto qualità-prezzo più che giusto. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene ,lo consigliamo.

Avendo necessità di pranzare presto (mezzogiorno) in un posto vicino alla stazione di edolo, causa bus da prendere all'ora di pranzo, abbiamo (io, mia moglie e mio figlio) ricevuto rassicurazioni telefoniche circa la possibilità di pranzare a quell'ora, e in tempi brevi.ebbene, non soltanto siamo riusciti a pranzare in tempo, ma lo abbiamo fatto DIVINAMENTE: merito sicuramente di una cucina tradizionale, a km semplice ma realizzata in modo eccellente, salvaguardando tutti i sapori tipici del luogo (che è poi quello che si va cercando in occasione di viaggi)....ottimo il tris di primi (consigliatoci) casoncesi-gnocchi di zucca-strozzapreti di spinaci), eccellenti anche i secondi (salamella con polenta, cotechino con lenticchie), meritevoli i dolci, anche questi fatti in casa (tiramisù e panna cotta).valore aggiunto ulteriore, l'atmosfera casalinga ed informale impreziosita dalla cortesia e disponibilità del personale, da cui siamo stati letteralmente coccolati per tutto il pranzo.ciliegina sulla torta, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. insomma, tappa obbligata per ogni transito ad edolo e dintorni!
