What can I say... Food lives up to the promise of the founders. It's fast and healthy. What a great place for lunch or swinging in the evening and enjoy a beer with your food.

I had the salad with BBQ chipotle chicken, black beans, corn, etc. and it was wonderful/very tasty. The large salad is very big definitely big enough to fill you up for lunch. I'm anxious to go back do a custom salad. It's nice to have all of the ingredients right in front of you to choose from.

Delicious!! I loved the mushroom pizza. Nice beer selection. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Tried to sit outside but a fly buzzed in my ear and I freaked out and went in. It was cold inside but I was prepared with a light jacket. The little red peppers you can put on the salad were so yummy! I'll be back!

I really enjoy this restaurant. It is a little different than most places. Salads are custom made while you wait. Substitutions are very easy, service is fast, staff has always been eager to please and friendly, and prices are reasonable. I have been several times since they opened and will be back again.

This place is fantastic for enjoying a high-quality, incredibly fresh salad. The interior is exceptionally beautiful and spotlessly clean. The ordering process is straightforward, and the food is prepared quickly, making it a breeze to dine here. It’s great to have a healthier option available. I didn’t try the flatbread myself, but I heard it was good from someone who did. The staff is friendly, especially considering it’s a counter-service setup. I do wish their companion site with nutritional information was a bit more user-friendly, but that’s a minor issue.
