Bidra med feedbackPrinceton was amazing the service was excellent 10/10 would recommend!
The manager at this Imos has no customer service skills and is very rude. I ordered our pizza at 5:00 pm, it was delivered at 5:30 but one pizza was messed up cheese on a non-dairy pizza for my lactose intolerant cousin I called shortly after and was told they were sending a replacement pizza out right away. After 2 hours of not receiving the pizza, I called again and they said it would only be 30-40 more minutes and that the pizza delivery guy was on his way. After 2 more hours, the pizza never arrived and I called again. The girl who answered the phone was very nice, but she told me she would put me on with the manager I believe his name was Princeton . Princeton was very rude and said “I don’t care about that” when I explained the situation isn’t that his job?!?! . Turns out the replacement was never made. Then he proceeded to get an attitude. He offered to reimburse for only half of the messed up pizza ? and that I had to be the one to come to IMOs to get my refund. Will not be ordering from here strictly because of the manager. Don’t order here unless you never want your pizza delivered!
Pretty good pizza but the garlic bread wasn't seasoned good but all in all good experience. With imos being owned by different operators at each location you can get get different experiences at each location. This location was pretty decent.
WORST pizza I 've ever had in my life. And took my best friend there for his Birthday. Ordered extra sauce, extra cheese, and got neither. And pizza so over-baked that the top was dark brown and almost too chewy to eat. It looked like they ran out of ingredients and you could see the crust through the toppings. There was maybe 5 slices of pepperoni. The chef salad tasted great but looked terrible and egg not even cut...just dropped on top in the middle. I RARELY RARELY complain, but spent too much on this not to go to counter and complain. NIKOLAS was awesome and credited our salad, but said there was new hire training yesterday and that 's what was wrong with the pizza. He couldn 't make a new one because they had orders stacked up and it would take too long. We should get a gift card for a free pizza from here that I can give my friend for his Birthday. Troy Imo 's is much closer to where I live, and it looks like I may have to start going back there. THE MANAGER should have tested the staff before they let them make pizzas on a Saturday night. Probably a lot of disappointed folks who had Imo 's in Edwardsville last night but few probably will bother to write a letter. Wished I would have a had my phone so I could have photographed it, but did not. Hope they change back to their old staff or teach the new hires how to make a great pizza like one used to get here. And, FYI, the young lady making the pizza had dreadlocks nearly down to her ankle and was handling her hair while making the pizza. I didn 't see it or I would not have eaten it, but my friend told me after dinner that he witnessed her doing that while he was getting drinks. Also the young man putting the pizzas in the boxes had dreadlocks that he couldn 't keep his hands off of either. The health is going to get a call tomorrow so nobody gets ill and the owner of the restaurant doesn 't go broke.
Is this how they make sandwiches and this is not a chef salad
