Bidra med feedbackI placed an online order while driving to Oregon and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. I greeted the staff twice but had to ask the gas station crew for help, as they had no idea where the Subway employees were. When I finally mentioned that my warm sandwiches had turned cold due to the wait, one of the staff members responded that she didn’t hear me and suggested that I shouldn’t have ordered online in the first place. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner.
I was disappointed with my experience. There was no bread available, and the customer service was poor. My visit was on October 4, 2023, at 8:30 PM. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 1 out of 5.
The service at this restaurant was disappointing. Both staff members were rude and had unpleasant attitudes. Overall, I would rate the service a 1.
This Gas stop may have a humble appearance but the customer service and food were just wonderful. If you go, try something new and ask the employees what they enjoy, I had a lovely sandwich per the employee recommendation and delightful customer service! They are usually out of something. But lately they don't even have enough ingredients to make more then half the menu. The staff is very dismissive and does not seem to care about customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
