Bühlhaus - Eibenstock

Hotel with exceptional decoration. Depending on the region, there are countless smokers, candle arches, pyramids and nutcrackers in the restaurant. We slept well here, had breakfast and also ate in the evening. Friendly staff, tips from the boss for shopping and a nice room made our stay during Advent 2024 very pleasant for us.

Very very unfriendly staff in the restaurant. From start to finish they thought we weren't wanted. You couldn't pay with an EC card either, only from 50!!! But it wasn't anywhere. We should pay both bills together by card and transfer them to each other. Crazy behavior. But make up your own mind. Maybe we were just unlucky.

A very well run hotel with very good food and service. A fantastic Christmas decoration. All in all great, keep it up.

We were there on December 14th. as a guest for dinner. To put it briefly, it was a great Christmas atmosphere with excellent cuisine and a very attentive team. The gastronomy is unique in the area/surrounding area. Thank you for the great time and keep it up.
