The food and staff at this restaurant were top quality. As someone with experience running hotels, I appreciate the fact that the owner, Mr. Brian Currie, or management are always present. The view from where you can sit with your coffee overlooking the bay and castle is exceptional. The rooms are immaculate, and they are willing to accommodate special needs. It is also a romantic place to hold a wedding, with dietary restrictions catered for. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 10/10 and can find no faults.

Such a fantastic experience enjoying a delicious meal on the patio with a great view of the town. Thank you for offering outdoor seating. It would be even better if lunch was served, but maybe that's just a minor detail that can be improved. Overall, a wonderful place to consider for your next meal!

We came to this restaurant for dinner and ended up staying for a drink at the bar. The interior is welcoming and comfortable, with multiple smaller dining rooms. The bar has a nice ambiance and there are outdoor tables in the front where you can enjoy a drink or meal while overlooking the bay. The staff and other customers were friendly. Despite arriving after the kitchen had closed at nine PM, they were kind enough to still serve us a delicious meal, which we greatly appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed the haggis and the stunning ocean view from the restaurant. The soup was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding was a perfect ending to the meal. Overall, I would give this restaurant full marks!

The standout dish of our meal was the large, fresh scallops that were expertly cooked. The service was friendly and the restaurant offered stunning views overlooking Castlebay. I would definitely recommend this place.
