Bidra med feedbackIt's been 50 minutes that we've been stuck in this drive-thru so far.. and we've made it up to the pick up window, but still no sign of food. I'm sitting here watching three employees trip around each other in the most unorganized manner seeminglyaccomplishing nothing. Whoever is managing this location is entirely incompetent for their role.
Staff doesn't care about food quality or good service. El Cajon location. Other locations are much better. When my friend complained about her food quality the server just stood there and stared at her. I go there for the chicken which is usuallyvery good (but not always).
I decided to give this restaurant a shot and wasn't sure what to order, but the staff was very patient with me. Thankfully, there was no line at the drive-thru, so I didn’t have to wait long. Once I got home, I found the chicken to be absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely have to sample some of their other offerings. The staff was also really friendly.
To add to my frustration, when I went to fill my cup with ice at the soda machine—I was extremely thirsty—I was horrified to see three dead gnats fall into my drink. I almost gagged. Looking closer, I noticed that there were more gnats in the area. I was so disgusted that I threw my food away and went next door to KFC instead. I can only wonder what the kitchen must be like. Do they even have health department inspections here? Considering that my meal cost me roughly an hour's wages, it was a major letdown. I will not be returning here again. As Taylor Swift would say, "We are never ever getting back together!" Respectfully, Emilie
The food was served cold, and the ribs had an unappetizing appearance. The mac and cheese, which used to be quite good, has lost its quality. The service was disappointing, and it seemed like the staff wasn't keen on having customers dining in anymore. Additionally, the portion sizes have become smaller while also being more expensive.
