Very poor experience here- came for birthday lunch and was disappointed. Food took just under 60 minutes after we had ordered it, then the “seafood boil” should be renamed to “seafood fry” as it was literally swimming in inches of oil. Server was uninterested in being there- never checked in on us, never offered refills, didn’t even bring plates for the appetizer. Asked for a manager and then that took 15 more minutes after which we got a “employee discount” on the whole meal only covering one dish). Absolutely pathetic- stay away from here!

Great service and friendly staff. The food quality is consistently good. Fun place to bring family or for business gathering.

I love RL, but their new orzo rice was dried out and chewy. And the lobster bisque was more like a fishy tasting cheese soup.

Ever since my family moved to the westside of El Paso, this has been our main Red Lobster we go to for lunch and the occasional birthday celebration! They are always giving constant great service! I can't think of one time where we have had a bad experience here. From 2013-2016, we used to come here once a week after I would get my chemotherapy and they always were very accommodating with my situation and made sure to it us away from people since I was immune compromised and to this day, with my newly diagnosed CVID, they still are very accommodating to my disability. They have life long customers in my family and I!
