Chicken Express - El Campo

The service was quick, and the chicken was served hot. However, the chicken was excessively salty; after just three pieces, I decided to throw away the remaining five. Additionally, my order was missing a page, making the overall experience feel like a waste of money.

We arrived at 9:20 and were told the restaurant was closed, even though the posted hours indicated it should be open until 10:00.

The chicken was good, but the service was just average. It seems a bit pricey, though I understand that food costs have risen everywhere lately.

The fishy sweet tea .... The food was good and really fresh from what i could tell. The biscuit was great, but what threw me off was the sweet tea. Dear jesus did it reek of fish. Sipping it i couldnt tell till my buddy finished his and started eating the ice. One whiff and his face changed. Disgusted he asked me to smell it. It was indeed fishy. I took my lid off to smell my 3/4 full cup and oh my lord the smell almost made me puke. I had to ride with my window down after that scared that id puke at any moment. We all smelled the insides of our cups after all getting sweet tea (3 of us) and after this i don 't think we 'll go back any time soon.

Food is good, but the customer service is sub par. When I notified them they left items out of my order, they didn't believe me and tried to deny me the food I paid for.
