Little Caesars Pizza - El Centro

The food was good, but I had to wait an entire hour for my pizza. I used the app to place my order and ended up waiting in the parking lot, but they never updated the status of my order—it remained stuck on "receiving order."

I have consistently encountered delays with my orders at this restaurant, and the staff is often quite rude and appears to be unaware of what’s happening half the time. Every visit to this location ends poorly. My orders are either never ready on time or missing items, and when I inquire about it, they frequently respond with confusion, claiming my order has been lost and that they can't explain what happened. Then, they tell me it will take another 20 minutes to prepare it again, even though I placed my order through their online portal. I really enjoy their pizza, but I always seem to have issues with this location.

Order on the app pickup supposed to be between 7:03-7:08pm, whats the use of ordering on the app if its NOT gonna be ready at that time. Its already 7:20 still not ready?. And then get home to see this, omg the bread all dry, pizza looks like they just threw the Italian sausage in the middle??????. Won't be going back to Little Ceasars

It was a very busy holiday, and I still have some apprehensions about the wings. The staff were friendly, and the wait time was moderate. However, I absolutely love that cheesy Italian bread! The sauce is excellent too.
