The burgers here are incredible, thanks to the perfect spices and a traditional grill that has stood the test of time. The fresh ingredients and generous portions really enhance the experience. This place is definitely worth a visit! It has a charming atmosphere that hasn’t changed in decades. I can’t wait to return—I even had another burger the very next day!

Red Onion serves fantastic burgers. It's a small place with amazing food. I recently had dinner there, and it lived up to my expectations, just as it always does.

This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it! The food was incredibly fresh, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's a charming diner with a clean bathroom. I assume they're currently only offering takeout due to COVID, but I really hope to dine in next time!

My movers said this place has the best burgers in the East Bay. I’d give it the 5th star if I had tried it myself.

We miss this place a lot. We had three meals there in two days and we loved all of it: The amazing staff, the awesome food, the authentic atmosphere. Never tasted a better Bacon Cheeseburger. Enjoyed the delicious pancakes, too! We would love to come back anytime wouldn't The Red Onion not be this far away from Germany!
