Ife's - El Dorado

The dinner was amazing and delicious. I ordered the chicken fried steak, delightful black-eyed peas, perfectly roasted potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. The cornbread tasted just like my mother and grandmother's. It's a great spot for lunch and I will definitely be returning.

The food at this restaurant is cooked with care and it shows. The staff is consistently friendly and the prices are very fair.

Dinner is south and delicious. I had the chicken fried steak, wonderful black eyes peas, skillfully roasted potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The hot water corn bread is like my mother and grandmother. This is a good place for lunch. I'll go back there.

We tried all three breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The food is great! The homemade hot water corn bread is made like grandma, maybe better. The pork chops are the signature bowl, although they are other elements in the menu. You can't beat the fried pork chops, the best of the best. The cabbage, green, Mac and cheese are all HOME MADE not from a can, we can taste the difference. The prices are good for a good meal. Try it once and you go back, we have.

I travel all the time for work and always try new and different places. Every time in a while I come across a little jewel like, Ife’s! Wonderful place! Eating with love, service with a smile, what else you want?
