Carl's Jr. - Feedback

Whenever I visit this restaurant for lunch, more than half the time they make mistakes that are consistently simple, even when they are not too busy.

I have been a fan of Carl's Jr. since childhood and they hold a special place in my heart. The food always tastes great.
