Papa Johns Pizza - El Paso

I will never return to this Papa John's. They added garlic to the pizza, the receipt, and even the pizza box. I complained online, but nothing was addressed. The next time I ordered, the pizza arrived, but the napkins smelled like gasoline. I raised another complaint online, and again, nothing was done. On my next visit, I was taken aback by how dirty the kitchen was. I’d rather drive to another Papa John's to get my pizza than come back here.

When I spoke to the manager about my issue, he didn’t apologize; instead, he simply mentioned that they don’t provide a specific delivery time. If you're ordering for delivery, be prepared for possible delays—unless you're okay with receiving cold food. Food: 5/5.

The person I spoke with on the phone was both efficient and friendly. The delivery was quick, and the driver was very courteous. Food rating: 5/5.

I would be a zero!!! The so-called manager Joey does not care about customer service. Your app screwed in the middle of the order and processed payment twice. I returned the order 100% as it was wrong and they will still not refund if they did not offer any solutions. Do not order from this place as they are rude and unprofessional.

I love it, I have never had an issue with ordering for delivery or pickup and it's always ready fast. Would recommend
