Potbelly Sandwich Shop - El Paso

This is a fantastic Potbelly location! The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Parking was easy to find. The sandwiches were fresh and prepared quickly. I tried the new Cuban, and the pulled pork was excellent. It was a great stop on my drive to the West Coast, and I’m considering stopping here again on my way back!

I had a wonderful lunch at Potbelly's! The place is clean, welcoming, and budget-friendly. It's located on George Dieter, just off Rojas near Chico's Tacos. If you're in the mood for a delicious salad, I highly recommend the Farm House. Nathan suggests trying the Pizza Sandwich, which is really good. Their mixed berry smoothies are fantastic, too. Occasionally, you'll hear a talented musician playing some lovely tunes. Overall, great food and service!

The food was truly excellent, but I must admit that ordering for my first visit was a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, everything turned out well in the end.

This place is usually pretty good as far as quality sandwiches go. Sometimes the quality is a miss but for the most part... It's great. The chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are yum yum! Their shakes are consistent, the broccoli cheddar soup is good! If anything, I wish they made them heartier with more meat. Good job!

This place is awesome, they forgot the cheese on my salad in the drive through, so I went back to request it be added. They told me unfortunately they were out of that cheese, but offered me a bunch of other cheese options and on top of it gave a free sandwich card. Excellent customer service, and the salad was super delish!
