Topsy's Grill - El Paso

Great little city bar where everyone knows. They have some funny things to do like slot machines, billard table, darts, big buck and a touchtunes.

Local bar, great ladies behind bar and wait staff. eating is fast and good. was there for rent corn festival and place was packed. before a week.

I love this place. it is family owned and run. the owner takes care of his customers and dedicated local teens so that they can get experience in labor power.

I went to this restaurant on a Friday for their $8 all-you-can-eat fish special and it was terrible! The fish was like eating dried out cracklins, it was hard to swallow. As someone who has worked in the food and drink industry for years, I would never find it acceptable to serve such poor quality fish. However, the drinks were great and the atmosphere was energetic, making it a good spot for a bar scene.

We recently dined at Topsy's while in town for a high school basketball game. The restaurant is small, intimate, and dimly lit. The bartenders were excellent and the Friday fish fry was delicious. We will definitely be returning.
