Bidra med feedbackI was initially greeted by a very impolite woman with glasses and tattoos all over (I believe her name was Helga) who promptly informed me that my 30-day valid question code was expired without even bothering to check. She didn't even inquire about what the question code was for, just asked about the entrance location. After we insisted that it was still within the 30-day timeframe, she told us that everything we wanted was available on the menu. However, at 7 PM, she made the personal decision not to sell certain items from the menu, including herb dogs. It was frustrating that they have a menu and promotions if they're going to be so rude about it.
I placed an order at this restaurant and noticed two items were missing when I checked it before the delivery driver left. When I mentioned this to the staff at the window, they wanted to double-check the order. After a minute, they returned the bag to me and insisted that everything was correct. However, when I got home, I discovered that another item was missing. I contacted the manager and they assured me that they would come back and provide the missing items. I ended up getting a Kraut dog, which my wife ate. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes, she became ill and started vomiting. I suspect that she may have gotten food poisoning from spoiled or rotten ingredients in the dish. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant and I do not recommend it to others.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was awful. When I placed my order, they told me to wait at the window. They got my order wrong and tried to blame me for their mistake. Even after I left, one of my drinks was still incorrect. I work in the food industry myself, so I understand mistakes happen, but the employees I interacted with were rude. It's important for a restaurant to make things right when they make a mistake. I will not be returning to this establishment.
It was good that the sprit was very good. the melon tie was okay. I'm not the tie. but it was okay
I always have issue with them getting my order correct. They do compensate me but I would prefer my order correct in the first place. And then they do not answer the phone, you have to go back and talk to them personally.
