I got the huevos rancheros and not only was it a generous, filling portion but the pinto beans were also the best I've ever had! They have lots of GF options, too. Even though we had to wait, the food was worth it Updated from previous review on 2023-07-03
A great vegan big breakfast. Edit the ‘zia’ breakfast remove egg and they will add potato and beans at no cost. Also get the home made sourdough as a side! Ate here twice also have a veggie burger on the menu.
Staff and management are spectacular and authentic. Ingredients are clean, free range eggs, many local, organic and gluten free options. Dining in or out (weather permitting) is pleasant. Although it?s just off the highway, the spectacular view in theopposite direction is sufficiently distracting. I?ve seen dozens of menus like this before, poorly executed, yet here, for achange, they actually know what they are doing. My palate told me I was in Encinitas, California 30 years ago when the ashramscould still make amazing food infused with love.
Wow what a great find along the long road. the food was absolutely delicious, coffee and service were lovely. as is the location which also features some unique art galleries and furniture shop to wonder through while you wait for your table ~20mins for us)
