Arby's - El Reno

The Classic Roast Beef sandwich was absolutely delicious!

I only received one ketchup packet and one Arby's sauce - I wanted to be completely immersed in the sauce.

The food is consistently served lukewarm and orders are frequently inaccurate or missing items.

Recently, the customer service at this restaurant has been quite slow. It took over 30 minutes to receive my order, as the workers were moving slowly and were not efficient in taking orders. Additionally, there was an argument between two workers, one of whom wanted to fight. I also placed a pick-up order on the side, which took over 40 minutes to be ready, and some items were missing from the order. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I may not return as a customer.

This Arby's restaurant is frustrating, as they do not accept cash. Despite my order totaling $22.76, I was told they only accept cards. I handed over exact change, only to be told they couldn't accept it. If they only accept cards, they should make that clear upfront. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I do not plan on visiting this Arby's again.
