Kfc - Elgin

Ordered 3 pieces meal, came to the house and had only 2 pieces. plus no silverware included. the author was rude.

I ordered KFC through doordash and got the large chicken popcorn. It was literally inedible. It’s so hard to tell from the photos but they were rock hard. I don’t even think there was any chicken in really any of them, it was like just fried nothing. They were like nasty rock hard croutons. I broke apart the biggest one and you can see how disgusting it looks. I wondered how they could serve this to someone, but I realized it’s because it was Doordash and they think they wouldn’t have to deal with my reaction. I didn’t even know what to do it was so disgusting. Keep driving to the next KFC or go somewhere else. These people don’t value your money or care if you can even eat their food.

One of the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Never have I ever had chicken from here that was actually good. My 69 year old father goes here for nostalgia and honestly the people who work here are incredibly rude. They always give him chicken that is greasy af, has the skin falling off or super soggy. Had to post this because I’m tired of the staff doing a terrible job.this place use to be great a decade ago

I came in for some food and needed to use the restroom. Employees were goofing off but it was slow, and they were probably bored. No customers inside. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. I went to the other bathroom after seeing a horrific scene in the toilet of the one I went to. Garbages were full, toilets dirty, used towels on the floor inside the stalls, no toilet paper (probably why there were used paper towels and there was something sticky on the wall of the stall in one of them. After seeing this I decided to eat elsewhere. If a restaurant can't even keep clean bathrooms, I don't want to see the kitchen.

Very bad service I bought a box of 16 and they only gave me 13 and they did not give me a receipt how can I claim... Check your pieces
