Authentic middle eastern cuisine. Great atmosphere and culture. The staff are friendly and helpful. They make recommendations and go out of their way if you have children with you. Gladly they open on easter, me husband just been there after Easter mass. Like the food. It's my first time having the Israeli style breakfast, its worth the price, exclude the surcharge, but it was ok, acceptable. Cilbir bagel is very delightful too. The staff is lovely, with lots of patience serving the olders. Keep it going. Only downside is the road closure, sort of construction site. Service: Dine in

Nice food. Apathetical service a comical morning of watching patrons move used plates and cutlery from one table to another to make space at their preferred table. Staff weren’t bothered to clear tables or wipe them down and can’t even say it was busy! A very distant second to Shuk on Crown street. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My friend had an issue with their order so when attempting to change the order they refunded their original meal price then asked my friend to pay a second time with the new order. In this process they accidentally refunded my meal! So I was asked to pay a second time for my meal. I was told the refund would take 24 hours. The refund never came. It took 2 phone calls and 10 days for Shuk to refund their mistake which I had paid twice for. My advice is to try a Palestinian restaurant instead, the food will be more authentically middle eastern and not appropriated like israeli cuisine is. They probably won 't forget to refund your money either.
