Dunkin' - Elizabeth City

Latte quality was not good. Could not taste mocha. Tastes like water. The latte was cold. Donuts were just thrown in a bag and icing had come off donuts onto the plastic sheets.

It was still very hot when I received it! I love the warm soft texture I get everytime I eat this, 10/10!!!

I visited the ride at 7:30 a.m. this morning and was helped by a young lady in a black fuzzy jacket with long braid and a brown scrunchie in her hair. She was very nice and took a moment to give me a compliment that she did at my previous visits, although it was busy. I always forget to look at her name tag, but every time I see her, she always has a smile and is really in a good mood. She never sounds grumbling on the intercom and seems to enjoy her job. I just wanted you to know what a good employee you have and hopefully she thinks she's a while.

When we arrived, there were a lot of people already waiting for their drinks, and a line for placing orders. However, the gentleman behind the counter and the woman making the drinks handled everything with a smile, and they remained calm and polite throughout. After we placed our order and checked on the lady, they offered us our drinks multiple times while we waited. It was quite hectic, but we appreciated their great service! Thank you!

Today, I was helped by the sweetest girl named Bryan (not sure of the spelling), who mentioned she was from New York. Her kindness made such a difference! Additionally, she made the best frozen coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'. It's amazing how much of an impact good staff can have on the overall experience. She truly deserves a significant raise for her wonderful service!
