Destino Lounge - Elizabeth

Destino is making the most out of its space. The decor and ambiance are very classy with a throwback sort of elegance theme. Service was above and beyond- everyone looks sharp and is attentive. The food is phenomenal- we tried skirt steak, chorizo, mini papa rellena, even the tostones were better than any we’ve had. Cocktails were flavorful and not over sweet. Excellent date night choice. Highly recommended.

This place is perfect for a date. It’s lacking a vibe though. I would recommend adding a DJ, hookah, or happy hour. It’s a cute spot, but I wanted more.

Great vibe and very cool space. The drinks are excellent and the bartenders are all enthusiastic and take their jobs seriously. The food menu is small and could use some additional items. The guacamole and plantain chips were fresh and tasty.

I had previously visited Destino and experienced excellent service, but this time it was quite disappointing. The waiter appeared confused throughout the evening, and we had to request our orders multiple times. While the service issues could be overlooked, the unauthorized charge is unacceptable. I paid my bill online using the QR code, and later found an extra $100 charged to my account that I did not approve. Because of this, I won't be returning.

This was my second visit, and everything was just as wonderful as before. This time, we truly enjoyed the food, which was excellent! The music did get really loud at one point, but after speaking with the manager, he turned it down a bit. The only other issue I had was with the gin and tonics; I didn't realize they were using Bombay gin, which made the bill a bit higher than expected... I should have asked beforehand. Overall, it's a fantastic place—definitely worth a visit! You'll love it!
