Dunkin' - Elizabeth

I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts again and ordered a coffee without sugar. Unfortunately, it came with sugar. In a rush, I also ordered a drink for my daughter and a donut. To my disappointment, the donut had sand on it, making it look like it had fallen on the ground and been put back in the bag. The rating of 3.9 is a shame. I hope I do not have to return to this location. Despite being a neighbor, I would rather go elsewhere as it was a disgusting experience. I would give this place zero stars.

I went today at 2:00 am to buy a wrap and a bagel and they tell me that at that time they don?t serve cooking food just donuts and driks ???????????. Always it?s something in here.

I Dunkin Donuts. They need to bake the donuts on each individual store site to make sure they never run out of your favorite donut, and it remain at its freshest.Food: 4/5

Horrible customer service. I waited at the window for my order for 15 mins and still didn’t get my purchase. I understand a machine was down. The young lady who seemed to be in charged completely ignored me. I watched other cars behind me drive off. By far the worst experience I’ve had a DD. It was never communicated that they wouldn’t fulfill my order. I’m completely dissatisfied with the service.

I ordered a frozen matcha latte with oat milk and NO sugar and when I started to drink it like omg it was soooo sweet and it's def not the oat milk nor the matcha because I've gone to other dunkin and it always taste simple like how I like it and when I go and complain the girl was like there is no sugar that's the oat milk n I told her it's not you definitely put sugar n she started to give me a attitude, I'm never coming back to this dunkin and they couldn't just change it for a new 1 , and it's not like it's my 1st time ordering this drink. Never coming back to this place.
