Fazoli's - Elizabethtown

The absolute best place in town to doordash/ubereats for. In the 10 or so orders I've picked up from here I've waited maybe a total of 5 minutes. I've waited 10+ minutes for 1 order at many other resteraunts. I don't understand why it takes 10 minutes to get an order at a fast food joint but orders are ready 95% of the time before you get here. Food smells amazing and not once have I had a problem with location being out of stock. Only minor thing was fountain machine was down one day and I had to ask customer if they wanted a 2liter of coke in replacement. Just a pleasure this place hasn't put doordash contractora on the back burner like all other places have. Service is always great

My review may be a bit biased, as this restaurant has been my favorite since I was a kid. While I enjoy the entire chain, the Elizabethtown location holds a special place in my heart. The staff is always friendly and quick to correct any mistakes with your order if there are any. I eat here at least once a week, sometimes even more often. Despite living about 45 minutes away, I frequently drive just to pick up a plate of spaghetti or chicken parmesan. If you haven't tried this place yet, their lunch menu is excellent, and you can enjoy unlimited breadsticks when you dine in.

The floors were sticky, and the soda and drink area needed a thorough cleaning. Although the cashier had a pleasant demeanor, they were distracted by their cell phone and didn't see me at the counter. I attempted to get their attention, but I might not have been loud enough. While table numbers can be helpful, the person who brought my food was searching for my receipt number instead. As for the food, it was just okay; I couldn't eat the chicken, and the bread was undercooked.

The food was excellent, but the server who brought our meals didn’t seem very friendly. It felt like she didn’t want to be there. If she isn't interested in her job, perhaps it would be better for someone else who is enthusiastic to take her place.

I ordered the baked ziti, which was decent, but the meat sauce had a meat crumble that I found unappealing. I ended up only eating about half of it. However, the breadsticks and mozzarella bite skewers were delicious! In hindsight, I should have just gone with those instead of the baked ziti. My husband liked his baked meat sampler, and the kids had pizza, which they nibbled on. The service was excellent and very attentive.
