Cowboy Cafe - Elk City

We stopped here when we drove from California and I have to say that all these bad reviews are completely wrong! I've eaten in many places as I'm a huge chef and I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The waitress was amazing and the food was delicious and impeccable! These were the best pancakes I ever had! Even if the place was busy, our food came fast and piping hot. The apple wood smoked bacon was crispy and perfectly cooked. I felt a minute in heaven. Clean place not dirty at all. I love it!

Thank you for the love and comments I been reading I'm the night shift cook. With no staff we try our best to make people happy. Best way we can. Please do not give up on us cause as we try to better our staff for customers we continue to work hard for you. It was a bit of a wait,, but was well worth it!! The gentleman that waited on us was also helping the lady in the back cook and as our food was coming out the lady cook comes out and tells him she has to leave. I felt so bad for this man even though it was close to closing time there was still people to feed and I'm sure the clean up afterwards is not what anyone wants to get stuck with at the end of a shift. Best place I got to enjoy some of some really good food. You don't have to wear a mask here but you are welcome to. The food is really good you just need to know that you have to sit down and take a few pictures of the place. They have some interesting things in there. Make memories wherever you go and here was one. Food is not as expensive as some other places are but they sanitize here and the bathrooms for the most part are clean. Only for the men's bathroom. Not sure about the woman. You can dine in or take out. Have a good day and God bless.

We enjoyed a delightful breakfast as a family. The food was delicious, the coffee was hot, and the restrooms were clean. Our server provided excellent service. I'm really happy I chose this place; my son adored his blueberry pancakes, and I relished my eggs with brown toast. It was a wonderful way to kick off our day with such fantastic service.
