Good food, just the fact that you have to pay for bags and ketchup

The food doesn't meet expectations; what you receive is mostly just leftovers or crumbs. It's not worth the price. I recommend sticking to the tenders or strips instead. I won't be ordering again.

We ordered the pot pie, but it was missing. The food definitely didn’t taste fresh; there was something off about everything we tried. The smell was unpleasant, and the flavors were very bland. The chicken breading was particularly unappetizing. The coleslaw and mac and cheese lacked any attention to detail and tasted quite off as well. Overall, everything we had tonight was disappointing and didn’t meet expectations.

The price is much too high for the amount of food provided.

The staff at KFC in Elk City are friendly and quick, and the food is excellent! They are always ready to assist if you need help, even with explaining menu items. Thank you, KFC Crew, for your outstanding service! You truly are the best!
