Dunkin' - Elk Grove Village

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts! They consistently provide excellent customer service. The staff behind the counter are very friendly and always eager to assist customers. They go above and beyond to ensure my order is accurate and complete. Their coffee is consistently great, and the variety of donuts is soft and delicious.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last week, and I had a great experience. Reshmi served me a decaf coffee, and it was perfect—so good that I returned today. Not only did she remember me, but she also recalled that I ordered decaf and knew exactly how much cream I wanted. That’s impressive service! I'm sure she sees countless customers every day, but it's remarkable that she remembered my coffee preferences after just one visit. Thank you for the excellent customer service! I definitely give it 5 stars. Kudos to Reshmi!

I ordered a Caramel Latte through the DD app, but when I arrived, the staff member took my receipt and informed me that the latte machine was down. I understand that these things happen, but when I asked if I could cancel my order, she said she couldn't do that. Instead, she offered to have me come back tomorrow for my latte. Seriously? What kind of customer service is that these days?!

The app says they will bring the order out to you but they don't. They need to update their instructions. Otherwise, fast service and your typical Dunkin.

Friendliest staff! They actually make the Lattes unlike some other spots, oh and they don't add tap water to the cold brew.
