Rare to see such an organized store, even during the busy holiday season. Staff also takes interest and is attentive to customer orders.

I ordered a Caramel Latte through the DD app, but when I arrived, the staff member took my receipt and informed me that the latte machine was down. I understand that these things happen, but when I asked if I could cancel my order, she said she couldn't do that. Instead, she offered to have me come back tomorrow for my latte. Seriously? What kind of customer service is that these days?!
