Carl's Jr. - Elk Grove

Dear Doordash customers please please please DO NOT ORDER from this location. Their customer service is beyond subpar. They do not start the order until the dasher/driver arrives so then we wait. How can fast food fries/burgers take 20 minutes. As adriver, I always show up and wait while they take care of the drive-thru customers and then run out of fries for the deliveries. Guess what? another 10minutes. They have one slow cook during the busiest breakfast and lunch hours. Nope, I will not makethis location money anymore. Good luck getting hot, fresh, and on-time food from them.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssssssssssssssssty! My husband ordered me a Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and it was disgusting! The lettuce was bad and brown???????? We tried calling them, but of course you can?t get through???????????Sick sick sick!!! Thechicken was rubbbbbbbbbbbery! So we shared the double western bacon cheeseburger that was put together right???????????. 2 starsbecause the burger was very good!

I just walked in to place an order, and I noticed that the two young ladies were on their phones, laughing and joking with each other. While I was looking at the menu, one of them began waving her arms at me, urging me to hurry up and order. I found this behavior quite rude, so I decided to leave. I suggest retraining your staff in customer service skills.

When I got home, I inspected my food and discovered some sort of gray substance in the lettuce—definitely not appealing, but I guess I could call it extra protein. It was clear to me that they don't prioritize food quality. If you're looking for fast food, do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's instead. I won't be returning to this restaurant; I regret spending $18 on a #7 combo.

This restaurant is decent if you visit earlier in the day, but at night the food tends to taste a bit stale, as if it has been sitting out for a while. The service is consistently slow, and it's not just this particular Carl's Jr. — they all seem to have the same issue. That being said, their hamburgers are generally acceptable if you’re feeling hungry.
