Fazoli's - Elkhart

Food was ok but was slow. Instead of standing behind the counter and talking they should focus on sweeping the dining room, cleaning tables and providing good customer service. Won't be back anyti.e soon!

I am in awe of the smiling, friendly and fast service I received. I stopped in after working a rough day in a factory and was delighted when an employee held the door open for me, rushed to the counter and took my order and even gave me a coupon to use on my next visit. The food was hot and delicious and my overall experience was pretty awesome. I'm definitely going back very soon.

Breadstick Heaven!! We have been to one other Fazoli's drive through and I must say each time I been elated that the food thoroughly satisfied my pregnancy hungers for savory Italian food! Quick and yet awwwwsome!!

This restaurant consistently leaves out items from drive-up orders. I recommend avoiding the sub sandwiches as they place the cheese at the bottom of the box and tear it up before throwing it in. This used to be a good spot, but after the third time of missing items and receiving food that seemed to have been mishandled, I would hesitate to recommend it.
