Ihop - Elkhart

Service was friendly and prompt. Food was hot and prepared as ordered. They were very busy, but it did not affect the quality of service or food.

Food was good. I think they were short staffed the day we visited as the server we had was not the best, maybe it was someone from the back or just very new.

Ordered curbside pick up, right on the receipt it says three times CURBSIDE lol. I just sat in their parking lot for 45 minutes (I am patient) before calling them and being informed the food has been ready, and they asked me where I was??? Woe. Cold food, horrible services, save yourself some time and frustration, eat anywhere else.

Food was good, waiter was friendly, service was a smidgen slow.

Above average The prices were very decent for most things but what really stands out is the look of the menu. The very bright and vibrant pictures were enticing. The atmosphere matched the restaurant and was very bright and inviting. The food was as expected and the service was average. Recommended
