Jet's Pizza - Elkhart

The person at the front counter was friendly and helpful. The Detroit-style pizza with sausage and pepperoni had a crispy bottom and plenty of cheese on top. They are very generous with their toppings.

I placed a phone order for delivery, requesting two veggie pizzas without olives and pepperoni. However, when the order arrived, both pizzas had olives on them! I called and spoke with the manager, who offered to credit us but said we would have to pay for a new pizza. Why would we have to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours? When I inquired about the district manager, she refused to provide any information. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Decision 42.

The pizza here is excellent, though it can be a bit tricky to find if you're unfamiliar with the area. I’ve never had a bad pizza from this place, but today was particularly impressive—my partner, who isn't usually a fan of deep-dish pizza or too much cheese, was pleasantly surprised. I didn't get a chance to ask if they're still having issues with their computer system, but overall, it was a great experience!

Very disappointing. pizza was over boiled and had hardly any cheese or toppings on it. wings were terrible, all broth. they save their money and go somewhere else.
