Taco Bell - Elkhart

I drive towards taco bell and there is a car driving through the car as if someone does not answer the person. I'm worried that taco bell is closed because I'm going to breakfast here for 30 minutes, so if that were the case, that would have been a wasted trip. I go to the library and there is absolutely no one I even look over the theke and I hear or see no one in sight. I decide to order the kiosk, and another man comes in and waits for the counter I suspect is the person who drove through the drive-thru several times. I'm ready to edit my order and I suddenly don't hear any hatebrown, we don't have hatebrown. then a female worker appears and says we don't have hath browns and I don't command. if they don't command, why are they open? even the man on the counter was upset and I do not blame him. that is very frustrating and I wasted a trip for nothing. gott thanks to subway was open because they actually take their customer orders and offer good service. I will not come back to this taco bell as far as I am concerned, it does not even exist.

I placed a mobile order through the app, provided my name on the loudspeaker, and discovered that there was no food available at the restaurant. It seemed like the order system could be turned off easily. I was there tonight trying to get my order sorted out, and the manager was outside chatting with a colleague. What a complete disappointment!

Only person who could give this place higher than a star must be on drug. always slow, card machine is convenient time, sometimes has not even drinks. If you're looking for something to eat in this whole thing, you'd be lucky to look in a muzzle. I said what I said.

This place does not know how to prepare what they order. I was at this place about 12 times and ordered a burrito supreme each time was the same. any other Taco bell I'm going to prepare a properly. I'll never go to this Taco bell again. the problem is with the owner she should make the workers her job.

I thought I had a pretty straightforward order—just meat and cheese. Other locations, like Concord and Goshen, know how to get it right. However, I chose this location since it's close to my workplace. On this particular day, I ordered only meat and cheese, asking to substitute the cheese for nacho cheese. They never even asked what sauce we wanted. This is the first time they’ve messed up my order, and I usually go out of my way to avoid this place, but I couldn't this time. Whoever is managing this location really needs to consider a different career path because it's clearly the worst Taco Bell in the area!
