I understand they were overwhelmed and short staffed. They asked me to pull around front, so I did. They did not ask me to come inside. My order sat for 15 minutes before I walked in looking for it. Order was cold but I didn't want to wait longer so I took it and left.
Where to begin... When we first pulled up and started ordering our food, we were interrupted by the employee asking us to wait while he finished mopping. Then they were out of Mexican Pizzas, Toasted Chalupa, Baja Blast, and several other items. I ordered Nacho Belgrane and my husband ordered crunch wrap supreme. We were told they only have enough for the nachos but can put shredded cheese on the crunch wrap for an upcharge. When asked why we were being charged extra when they were out of the product Michael said he had to keep track of product, and it 's against company policy to substitute items Michael made your store look so bad. I can 't believe you hire people that act like that.
This Taco Bell messed up our order the first time just like the other Taco Bell did on LaSalle Street in South bend the first time but they did replace our order and made it right the second time at this Taco Bell they did but at the other Taco Bell they did not they fest they messed up again on the second order and then they gave us a third order that was correct
Politely told the guy in the kitchen my order was wrong and he rudely screamed back at me that it was correct. Nope order was still wrong and he didn't even offer to fix it. Will not be returning to this Taco bell location for a while.
