Angry Troll Brewing - Elkin

That's a hidden gem everyone has to try. We just loved it. Do not expect a nice culinary experience as it is a brewery, but you will get really good food and beer. You're doing a great job. I'd give him a 4.5 if possible.

The beer and the burgers were great. Service was excellent. But the history and character of the building made the stop unique and definitely worth stopping if you?re passing through

We are living in Asheboro, and moved down from the Norfolk area of Virginia in the summer of 2021. The wife and I had an opportunity to get away from the kids for the weekend. While visiting My. Airy over the weekend I came across this place as a good option for dinner on Google. This place was amazing! While it does have a lot of the typical bar food menu items the quality of the food is absolutely phenomenal! We got beers, a pretzel with queso for an appetizer (the best pretzel we 've ever had btw) a BBQ pizza, and nachos with chicken. This was not at all disappointing and we will be back again!!! I generally don 't post reviews unless something is just awesome, or terrible and this place delivered. The building itself is a great atmosphere to experience as well. Thanks so much for giving a tired mom and dad a great time out for the weekend!!! We will be back again!!!

I've heard of their beer before so it was a pleasant find that they were on our way to Winston Salem. Good tap selection and good food. We'll come back for the beer. The burger with bacon and pimento cheese disintegrated in my hand so I ended up pulling the top of the bun off and taking a fork to it.

Great food and craft beers. Don't forget to try the fresh pork rinds on the apps menu. Wood fired pizza and fresh burgers! The service is always great even when they are busy. They have live music on Friday nights April to October.
