The chicken Caesar salad was absolutely delicious, and the chicken fettuccine was also very good! Our server, Tasha, did an excellent job! They had a great price on Rombauer Chardonnay—lower than what I've seen in Nevada!

Aspens is usually a fantastic spot for a lovely dinner, but this time was different. The chicken was undercooked, and the Brussels sprouts were inconsistent in preparation. The server informed me that the chef had thrown out the party, which left me puzzled. Although the server kindly offered to cook the chicken more and even offered a complimentary dessert, I declined. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I would rate it low.

We both decided to try the rice pilaf and the "special" dessert. The salmon was underwhelming with almost no flavor, and it did not pair well with the pilaf, which also lacked taste. The dessert was similarly disappointing and didn’t stand out at all. To top it off, the service was poor, which made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I'm not sure if we would return to Aspen, but if we do, we will definitely avoid the salmon, pilaf, and "special" dessert.

Eating was in order, nothing special, had to send steak back, ordered well, in the middle has become pink. menschen auf handys were the usual inconveniences. reserved for jubilee (42) expects free desert and cold escape as they used to, no such happiness, did not want my own embarrassing by asking.

Atmosphere and service were very good and overall the food was very good, however all of the sides ordered with 2 entrees were cold. Staff advised and were appreciative, but.... Other than this the dinner was very good and we'd go back.
