Las Brisas - Elko

I had two carne asada tacos recently while I was in Elko, and they were quite good. I'm giving them 4 stars, though, because they were missing guacamole.

The food is just average. The person working in the truck has consistently been rude. Today was no different. He is particularly unfriendly to customers who aren't Spanish, attractive, or young. I've experienced his rudeness every time I've visited. The other two staff members are nice, but this one—who's been around for a long time—I don't even know his name, and he's not very welcoming.

This is a typical liquor store, but the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5.

The restaurant started to get busy, but the staff were friendly. I had some amazing tacos: carne asada, al pastor, and chicharrón. The chicharrón wasn't what I expected, but it turned out to be a delicious taco with all the right toppings. The meat had great flavor, and I will definitely come back to try it again when I'm in Vegas. It was a drive-thru at night, but I can imagine it being a nice place to sit down when it's open for dining. I'm really happy with this choice, and it wasn't too expensive either!

I recently dined in for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The meal was priced between $10 and $20, which I found to be quite reasonable. The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5 for its taste and quality. The service was exceptional, receiving a perfect score of 5, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was also delightful, creating a pleasant dining environment that also merits a 5. I highly recommend trying the Carne Asada Taco Plate; it was truly a standout dish!
