If the franchise owner wants to join this conversation, I would be happy to chat. It's frankly absurd not to have this essential facility, especially given the location and the need for frequent restroom stops on the highway. It's a basic matter of supporting families with children. I understand the concern about becoming a restroom stop for people who don’t patronize the restaurant, but let's move past that. Being a good business means being accommodating, and providing a changing station is part of that. Perhaps the owner should spend some time shadowing a parent to gain a better understanding of their needs. This isn't just about the changing station; it's about inclusivity and consideration for customers, both local and traveling. McDonald's is a major family-centric brand, but this particular location seems to miss that mark. What do you think?
