Kiku-chan Japanese - Ellensburg

Actual Japanese people behind the counter, and the best Gyu I've ever had. Portions are well dimensioned and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I have and will continue to drive the 90 minutes for dinner.

In a city expect the size of Ellensburg Do not find excellent Asian foods of any kind. Kiku Chan is an exception to this expectation. The food is amazing. I love the croquette, Gyoza and my favorites is the Pork Curry Yakisoba. It's amazing. I've never been to Japan, but I say that's pretty authentic.

Love this place.... many possibilities. Still love the curry after all these years!

Awesome and delicious! If you're going to New York, you're wrong. You can get delicious food at the same price. I love this option. You have offers at the entrance. Oh, and it's different! You order and pay in the window first, then you have a seat. For the Bento (Tempura mix, raw tuna, spring rolls w/ miso soup and tea) I paid about 16 after taxes and my sister paid 14 after taxes for the Teriyaki bowl and the potstickers.

The curry was a little lacking in vegetables and presentation is not their strong point, but I liked the vibe of the restaurant. If you don 't mind here 's your food service and want a Japanese comfort food fix, then Kiku-chan will fit the bill.
