Winegar's Coffee Creamery Jerrol's

I am from the city and came to this facility and ordered 2 32 oz lotus drinks, but when I drove away and finally tasted it had no flavor and only overall was not good. I turned around to go and get something else, and they were the 2 drinks I got, 15 and the 2 replacement drinks were 19 I was ready to pay the difference, but they tried to pay me for the replacement drinks full price. I'm sorry, but wanted to replace the other drinks and I'm gonna pay the difference and the manager austin was so rude. we paid nine more. he said have a great day and closed the window in our face. customer service should be important in a small city austin and not even I was rude. 2 20oz drinks cost us 24. never again I will visit this facility and the sad thing is that my family had such great things to say to this place. but positive note the workers there were amazing and my 24 drinks were amazing. (man) austin remembers a bad experience can ruin the whole thing.

I wasn't impressed. Filthy restrooms. Our melted ice cream was very expensive. Avoid the banana split. It's 10 or 11 for a banana, hot fudge and strawberry sauce. Not what I had expected.

Ellensburg classic. The ice cream is delicious and the employees are very friendly and outgoing! Don’t forget to sample a few flavors before you buy.

A popular meeting place for locals. The drinks are coffee centric but varied with lots of other options. Good icecream. Food stuff available also.

Highly recommend! I never review things, but after bouncing between coffee places in town I’ve landed on Winegar’s being the best. I go all the time I’d give them 5 stars on speed, quality, customer service. Everyone here is so efficient on top of things in the drive thru, which makes long lines go really quick. The baristas are all so nice and make great tasting, consistent coffee. I have a picky coffee order and have found a lot of coffee shops to be unreliable about making it correctly or acting frustrated with my requests —Winegar’s makes it right every time and is always patient with super specific requests. 5 stars ?
