Gaby's Cafe - Ellenville

Great Mexican spot! The chimichangas were on point!!

We always have a nice time there. The food was delicious and the staff are very friendly. We had a wonderful waitress!!!

We just moved to Ellenville and made Gaby's Cafe our first dinner spot. It was a perfect experience. The wait staff is friendly and hard working, the margaritas are delicious, and the food came out promptly and was so fresh! The house made Guacamole was rich and so, so fresh, the complimentary salsa that came with the chips had just the perfect amount of cilantro. We had mussels, calamari and chilis rellenos and everything was so light, perfectly seasoned and fresh. I can't repeat enough the word fresh. The mussels were sweet, the calamari soooo tender, and we could only have a taste each of the Chilis because we were sated but not stuffed. We will be eating our leftovers for breakfast! The decor is colorful and tasteful, and surprisingly quiet for a full dining room with brick walls. The room was busy for a Monday night, and it's no wonder! Gaby's is wonderful! Eat there!

Love this place!! The red sangria is the best!! Stuffed clams were to die for. Love the at-the-table guacamole is a very nice touch. The chocolate mousse cake is a must have.

The staff is very friendly, the decor is nice, The food is delicious, I loved it. I had chicken fajitas and there was enough food to take home. Best margarita I had in a long time.
